We’ve been building under the Jennings family name, and now in our fourth generation of service, J.A. Jennings, Inc. is widely recognized throughout the greater New York City area for its client advocacy and merit-based approach to the built environment.

Our legacy

Owner James A. Jennings, IV continues the legacy his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father established as Manhattan’s skyline was emerging more than a century ago. Our firm began building full-scale, out-of-the-ground commercial structures, as well as technically challenging core and shell projects. We continue this legacy today, building and renovating private sector projects with sophisticated architectural details and a long-established culture of commitment to providing the utmost care, consideration, and enthusiasm for our clients.
