Building under the Jennings family name since 1917 and now in our fourth generation of service, J.A. Jennings, Inc. is widely recognized throughout the greater New York City area for its client advocacy and merit-based approach to the built environment.

Owner James A. Jennings, III continues the legacy his grandfather and father established as Manhattan’s skyline was emerging more than a century ago. Our firm began building full-scale, out-of-the-ground commercial structures, as well as technically challenging core and shell projects. We continue this legacy today, building and renovating private sector projects with sophisticated architectural details and a long-established culture of commitment to providing the utmost care, consideration, and enthusiasm for our clients.
